What if I am under 21 years of age?

A person under the age of 21 must comply with Kentucky's "zero tolerance" laws. Instead of a BACof .08 a person under 21 years of age canbe convicted of dui with a blood alcohol concentration of .02. While it is unlikely a person is actually impaired at this level it is still sufficient for a conviction when the driver of the automobile is under 21 years of age.
